Your order

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Your order is subject to payment confirmation and our acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for merchandise we do not supply.

Personalization

Enter one personal or family name, up to 20 characters including spaces and punctuation. Save the design, open its preview and confirm that the name is shown and spelled correctly before adding the item to your cart. If you change size or color, save a new design for those options.

Product photos contain example names. We print the personalization associated with your confirmed order. Do not submit text that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights or that you do not have permission to use. We may decline inappropriate personalization and refund an unfulfilled order.

Product appearance and fit

Use the product's size guide rather than assuming a garment matches another brand's sizing. Garment measurements have the tolerance shown in that guide. Print scale varies with garment size. Screens and previews can display colors differently from the finished garment, and a supplier mockup is not a photograph of your individual finished item.

Prices and payment

Our current store currency is US dollars. Review the item price, shipping charges, any applicable taxes and total shown at checkout before paying. We do not charge a subscription for merchandise purchases.

Shipping, changes and refunds

Production and delivery estimates, delay options and address changes are explained in our shipping policy. Cancellation, defect and refund requests are covered by our return and refund policy. These policies form part of these terms.

Privacy and use of the store

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled when you browse, personalize or purchase. Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Our original brand and graphics may not be copied or resold without permission; buying a garment does not transfer rights to its artwork.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The terms and prices presented for your purchase govern that order. Later changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.
