Made for your order

Our personalized apparel and ornaments are made to order after we review the saved personalization. Production time varies by product and print provider. Production and transit are separate stages, and delivery estimates appear at checkout.

Apparel and ornaments can have different delivery estimates. Weekends, holidays and peak-season demand can add time. We do not promise arrival by Christmas or another event date unless we expressly confirm it for your order.

Delivery and shipping charges

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Standard shipping is $4.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item in the same order, including apparel and ornaments. For example, two items ship for $6.95 and eight items ship for $18.95. Items may arrive in separate shipments with different delivery estimates, but the starting shipping charge applies only once per order. Tracking is provided when your order ships. For orders of more than 50 items, please contact contact@seasonallyme.com before ordering.

Your address and personalization

Check your delivery address, selected product, garment size and color where applicable, and saved name before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake. Changes may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

If an order is delayed

If we cannot dispatch an order within the production estimate provided for your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. This also applies to personalized items.

Delivery questions

For a delayed, missing or damaged delivery, email contact@seasonallyme.com with your order number. Please do not return a parcel to the shipping label address without contacting us first.
