Tropical Green Ginger Smoothie

This is bright and refreshing smoothie.

  • 1c nut milk (I use soy because of it’s high protein content)

  • 1c frozen mango chunks

  • 1 -2 slices of raw ginger

  • 1 c tender seasonal greens*

  • 2tbs pure pea protein

Blend and enjoy!

*I store spinach for my smoothies in the freezer. This way I can stock up on local spinach from Fiddlers Green Farm whenever it is available and enjoy it year round.
