This is bright and refreshing smoothie.
1c nut milk (I use soy because of it’s high protein content)
1c frozen mango chunks
1 -2 slices of raw ginger
1 c tender seasonal greens*
2tbs pure pea protein
Blend and enjoy!
*I store spinach for my smoothies in the freezer. This way I can stock up on local spinach from Fiddlers Green Farm whenever it is available and enjoy it year round.
